Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Architectural Metal Works to lead and deliver high-quality metalwork projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, execution, and handover of architectural metal works such as handrails, balustrades, canopies, cladding, gates, and bespoke architectural structures. This role requires strong technical expertise, site leadership, client coordination, and commercial awareness to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Lead the full lifecycle of architectural metal works projects from initiation to final handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work programs, manpower plans, and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to review shop drawings, material specifications, and fabrication details.
• Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers.

Site & Construction Management

• Oversee site installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure installation works comply with safety standards, project specifications, and approved method statements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or risks.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams.
• Attend progress meetings and provide clear updates on milestones, challenges, and mitigation plans.
• Manage technical submissions, variation orders, and change requests.

Cost & Budget Control

• Prepare project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project expenditures, control costs, and prevent budget overruns.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices and payment certifications.

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure optimal workforce productivity.

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

• Enforce strict adherence to QHSE standards, site safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure safe working practices during fabrication, installation, and site operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of proven experience in architectural metal works, façade, or steel fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience managing medium- to large-scale architectural metalwork projects in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management/engineering tools.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
