Project Manager - Architecture

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Oversee client communication and manage client relationships
• Manage project consultants (engineers, expediters, etc.)
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of complete drawing sets
• Monitor project deliverables and report on progress with the team
• Efficiently and independently solve problems as they arise
• Gain a deep understanding of client standards and adapt them to various projects
• Coordinate with building departments and landlord representatives
• Complete construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
• Create 3D models and renderings
• Document and scan existing conditions and incorporate them into designs
• Develop and draft detailed construction drawings

Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with Bluebeam
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with COMcheck/REScheck
• Familiarity with rendering software

Qualifications:

• College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project planning and management
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting team and company growth
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
