  • Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals
  • Perform regulatory and technical research as needed to support project objectives
  • Interpret environmental data and guide remedial strategies for noise, soil, air, stormwater and groundwater
  • Perform Construction Administration and Construction Phase Inspections
  • Coordinate with clients, regulators, and subcontractors
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Mentor junior staff (Staff Scientists, APMs)
  • Support business development and client retention

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience managing ESAs and site investigations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Federal)
  • Ability to conduct field work (in some instances for long hours and during all seasonal weather conditions)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering)
  • 5–8 years of environmental consulting experience
  • Ability to interpret laboratory analytical reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural, electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare technical reports.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve the goals and schedule of a project
  • Proficient computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
