Maxwell Building Services is looking for a motivated and dependable Project Manager Assistant to join our growing interior remodeling team. This position is ideal for a college student or young professional pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field who wants real hands-on experience in the remodeling industry.

This role is a combination of both office and field work and is designed for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and helping “connect the dots” between the office, showroom, vendors, and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day operations
• Deliver and pick up materials from job sites, suppliers, and showroom
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the showroom, warehouse, and company vehicles
• Coordinate small tasks between office staff, subcontractors, and field crews
• Assist with scheduling, material tracking, and project logistics
• Perform job site walk-throughs and help document progress
• Help ensure projects stay organized and moving efficiently
• Run miscellaneous errands related to active remodeling projects
• Support our white glove remodeling process and maintain professionalism on-site

Requirements

• Must be dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in both office and construction environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and remodeling is a plus
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Currently studying Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
