Project Manager at Architectural Design Firm

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of multiple projects and their teams, ensuring the projects are executed accurately, on time, and within budget. They coordinate with team members, clients, contractors, and consultants, serving as the central point of communication and decision-making. Actively manages budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, and project team assignments. Will assist the Director of Production in determining the scope of work and helping prepare proposals and contracts. This role combines creative insight with project management discipline, requiring both technical expertise in architecture and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients and consultants, ensuring all parties are aligned with the project objectives.
  • Excellent leadership supervising team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through ability along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee the production and coordination of construction and permit documents, maintaining adherence to design, technical standards, and regulatory compliance for multiple projects.
  • Provide Construction Administration review and oversight.
  • Excellent leadership supervising team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through ability, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in architecture, with leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and similar design software.
  • Professional license preferred but not required.
  • Professional degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Applicants must be able to successfully complete Monarch’s pre-employment process, which includes a background check and drug screen.
  • Travel Requirements of approximately 5%-10%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
