About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – AV to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Audio-Visual projects across corporate, education, and government sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AV systems and excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle — from requirement gathering, design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning to client handover.
• Lead site execution teams and ensure timely completion of all project phases as per scope and quality standards.
• Review technical drawings (AV, electrical, network, interior coordination) and ensure integration readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics, and service) to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and contractors for project updates and issue resolution.
• Prepare project documentation including schedules, BOQs, progress reports, and completion certificates.
• Track budget utilization, manage resources, and ensure profitability of assigned projects.
• Supervise installation, testing, and calibration of AV systems — including displays, switchers, DSPs, amplifiers, microphones, cameras, and control systems.
• Identify on-site challenges and implement corrective measures proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety norms, and client specifications.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of AV systems (DSP, matrix switchers, PTZ cameras, microphones, amplifiers, control processors, projectors, displays, etc.).
• Experience with leading AV brands (AMX, Crestron, Aten, Poly, Bosch, Biamp, Extron, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent project planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and client-handling capabilities.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in, Electronics, or AV Integration.
• 3–7 years of experience in project management or technical execution within the AV industry.
• PMP certification or similar project management training will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹24,494.41 - ₹54,523.55 per month
