Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management tools to ensure timely delivery of aviation engineering projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to plan and execute construction management activities aligned with project specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software to create detailed schematics, system designs, and construction drawings.
- Conduct construction inspection and quality assurance to verify compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Manage project estimating processes by applying construction estimating techniques and GIS data analysis for accurate budgeting.
- Prepare technical documentation including reports, specifications, and progress updates through technical writing expertise.
- Oversee land surveying activities and geotechnical engineering assessments to support system design and infrastructure stability.
- Integrate hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS, SWMM) and water/wastewater treatment considerations into project planning.
- Monitor project progress using project scheduling software like Primavera or MS Project while managing risks proactively.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout all phases of construction and system implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications in project management (PMP) preferred.
- Proven experience managing aviation or transportation infrastructure projects with a focus on construction management and system design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, ArcGIS, GIS applications, and Bluebeam for document review and collaboration.
- Knowledge of hydraulic modeling tools such as HEC-RAS and SWMM for water systems analysis.
- Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles and land surveying techniques essential for infrastructure development.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction schematics accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in project scheduling, construction inspection, and technical writing.

Pay: $125,596.53 - $165,471.09 per year
