Project Manager (Bilingual)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into project management. Prior project management experience is not required, we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication, organization, and leadership potential.

What You'll Do:

• Help lead residential painting projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate schedules, materials, crews, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
• Track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress with leadership and customers
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Coordination teams to ensure smooth project transitions
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members through proactive communication
• Help identify and solve problems quickly to maintain a positive customer experience

• Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and mobile apps

• Ability to work professionally with customers, crews, and leadership
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record REQUIRED

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of driving.
• Must be able to lift 15+ pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
