Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Broadcast and Media Systems to lead and deliver complex technical projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing ELV, CCTV, and broadcast infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for broadcast and media infrastructure projects.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

Oversee installation and integration of broadcast systems including:

Video production systems

Studio infrastructure
-
Control room systems
-
CCTV and ELV systems
-
Audio-visual and ICT networks
-
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Monitor project performance, cost control, and risk management.

Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations and project specifications.

Lead site teams and technical engineers to ensure smooth execution.

Conduct project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior management.

Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

7+ years of experience in project management within Broadcast / Media / ELV projects.

Strong knowledge of CCTV, ELV, ICT, and broadcast system integration.

Experience managing large-scale technical installations.

PMP certification is an advantage.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
-
Experience working in Qatar or GCC is preferred.
