Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily detailing and ceramic coating work.
• Manage staff schedules and assign tasks.
• Check quality of polishing, paint correction, and coating before delivery.
• Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and chemicals.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor materials and control wastage.
• Prepare simple daily and monthly performance reports.
• Make sure workshop is clean and safe.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in car detailing or automotive services.
• Good knowledge of polishing and ceramic coating.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to control costs and meet targets.
• Good communication skills.
