Project Manager CIA, MedTech

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to support CIA initiatives in a fast-paced medical device environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities, along with experience in packaging and labeling systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities (planning, execution, tracking, and delivery).
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using tools like MS Project and Excel.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Power BI and other tools.
• Support workstreams involving MDT systems, packaging, labeling (Loftware), and LMD/SAP environments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 7+ years of project management experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of medical device technologies, systems, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Healthcare (MDT) systems.
• Knowledge of packaging, labeling systems (Loftware), and LMD/SAP.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
