Project Manager - Civil

We, ASSC, are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to oversee and deliver diverse civil engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships. The successful candidate will ensure work is executed to the highest quality and safety standards, in line with company procedures and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil projects.
• Manage project schedules, costs, resources, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain clear project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in managing civil/construction projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Minimum of 5 year of experience in managing projects.
