Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, to lead and oversee construction projects in the road, highways, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

External beautification & landscaping

Footpath & pavement construction

Road & Highway development & Road furniture Work

Roadside beautification works

Urban drainage & water management

Planning & execution of Smart City projects

Coordination with consultants, authorities & stakeholders

• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 15-20 years of experience in project management within the road, highways, and residential construction sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field. Additional certifications in project management are a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• PMP or similar project management certification
