Project Manager (Civil)

Salary Range: Depends on experience and location

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Quality Control: Ensure construction meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budget & Cost Management: Monitor expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and environmental regulations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project records, progress reports, and financial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of real estate laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience in residential, or commercial real estate projects.

Pay: ₹34,133.38 - ₹90,000.00 per month
