Project Manager (Civil)

The Project Manager Role is expected to manage the following Jobs:

- Site Execution - Hands-on or through Site Engineers - Residential buildings upto 7000 sqft

- Could be G+3 or Individual Villa

- Restaurants and warehouse construction

- Interiors Execution - Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes, Interior and exterior Finishing

- Labour Management

- Maintaining Quality

- Estimation and Billing

- should be able to manage 3 to 5 Engineers and travel within city at short notice

- Flexible to be in Site at various time duration as per demand

Project Manager (civil) should very strong exposure around 20 years in Residential, Restaurants, Interiors Field.

Ideal Candidate should be having considerable time in G+3 Structures, Individual Villas, Restaurants, Interiors execution

High Rise Construction exposure is not preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
