Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE construction industry, with the ability to manage projects from planning through execution and handover while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline compliance.

The candidate must possess excellent leadership and coordination skills and have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure project execution complies with Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Control project costs and ensure projects remain within budget
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
• Conduct site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE requirements
• Lead project teams and maintain effective communication among stakeholders
• Manage procurement schedules and material deliveries
• Ensure timely project handover and closeout documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Dubai/UAE construction industry
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management practices, and local regulations
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiner or candidates available on short notice
• Experience working with main contractors in Dubai
• PMP certification is an added advantage
