Project Manager (Civil)

Position: Project Manager (Civil)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Al Hikma Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage construction projects across the UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience with a Main Contractor in the UAE.
• Proven experience managing building construction projects from commencement to handover.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, contract administration, cost control, and project execution.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project execution from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, resources, procurement, and construction activities.
• Review project schedules and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and contractual matters in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and Company procedures.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
