Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background. You will lead building construction projects from start to finish.

In this role, you will plan, guide, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. If you enjoy leading teams and building great projects, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building construction projects from start to finish
• Plan project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor daily site progress and solve issues quickly
• Ensure safety rules and quality standards are followed
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Prepare reports and update project status regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 20+ years of experience in construction projects
• Strong experience in building construction
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site work
• Ability to manage time, cost, and quality
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
