Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record with 18–20 years in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of project management software, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
