Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

Location:

North Coast (Sahel), Egypt

job purpose :

Manage and deliver swimming pool, lagoon, and water solution projects from planning to final handover, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and cost control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage swimming pool and water system projects (supply, execution, and handover)
• Review and prepare shop drawings in compliance with specifications
• Supervise civil works (excavation, concrete, waterproofing, finishing)
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress
• Control budgets and project costs
• Supervise subcontractors and evaluate performance
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards
• Resolve technical site issues
• Prepare BOQ and invoices
• Coordinate with clients and consultants until final handover

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in project management
• Experience in swimming pools or water-related projects is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Preferably based in Alexandria or able to commute to the North Coast
• Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit

Work Conditions

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

6 Working Days / 1 Days Off

or 24 Working Days / 6 Days Off
