Haykalat Al-Emaar For Contracting Co. is seeking to hire a Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with solid experience in the execution of high-rise buildings and tower projects to join our team and oversee upcoming projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute high-rise and multi-story building projects from planning stage through final delivery.
• Supervise structural works and ensure implementation according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Lead site teams and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and cost control.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in high-rise or tower construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, scheduling, and construction processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of the English language.
