  • Project planning and scheduling: Create and monitor comprehensive project schedules, prioritizing tasks and sequencing activities to meet deadlines.
  • Budget and cost control: Manage project costs, track material requirements, and minimize waste.
  • Coordination and communication: Act as the main point of contact, coordinating with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors. Attend site meetings and resolve issues that arise.
  • On-site execution: Oversee all on-site activities, from civil work to interior fit-outs, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications.
  • Quality and safety: Ensure that quality standards are maintained and that all health and safety regulations are followed on the construction site.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
