• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in construction project management.

• Strong leadership in managing on-site labor and field operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and owner relations.

• Proficiency in accurate construction cost estimation and budget control.
