Job Title: Project Manager – Civil (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage civil works for residential/commercial projects.
• Prepare schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Supervise site execution (excavation to finishing).
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage budgets, BOQs, and contractor billing.
• Liaise for approvals, NOCs, and statutory compliance.
• Handle project documentation and regular reporting.
• Ensure smooth handover with final inspection and closure.

Skills Required:

• Strong civil engineering & site execution knowledge
• Project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP)
• Team leadership & contractor management
• Good communication & problem-solving skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
