Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) Project Manager to lead capital construction projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will act as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing projects from conceptual design through operational verification (cradle-to-grave lifecycle).

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in GMP-regulated facilities, construction oversight, and capital project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CSA scope for pharmaceutical manufacturing facility construction.
• Serve as Owner’s Representative, ensuring alignment with project vision and requirements.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with codes, GMP, and safety regulations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, change orders, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct site walkdowns, monitor quality and progress, and ensure contract adherence.
• Develop and execute safety and environmental plans (OSHA 30 required).
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, construction quality, and project controls teams.
• Provide regular progress updates and financial reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in capital project delivery within Pharma or Industrial Manufacturing.
• Experience managing projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, GMP, LEAN, safety, and project controls.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• PMP certification preferred.
