Project Manager – Civil (Villa & Residential Projects)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager – Civil with strong expertise in villa and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee villa and residential construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review project schedules, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges effectively.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10 – 15 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong experience in villa and residential building projects is mandatory.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods, and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
