GSPANN is hiring a Project Manager with expertise in CMS to lead end-to-end delivery of CMS projects with a focus on AEM. The role includes managing teams, driving Agile practices, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Role and Responsibilities

Visualize project risks early and create mitigation plans.

Develop a deep understanding of projects to define the service delivery scope clearly.

Optimize processes and approaches to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.

Provide stakeholders with accurate and regular performance reports.

Participate in client proposals, including scoping, effort estimation, and planning.

Collaborate on milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies.

Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver them on schedule with high quality.

Manage teams in delivering projects while providing direction and guidance.

Monitor project baselines to ensure progress aligns with expectations.

Ensure client service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Grooming, Planning, and Retrospectives.

Define best practices and code review processes for the team to follow.

Identify opportunities for productivity and quality improvements and implement them.

Guide teams through requirement closure, design, development, and verification/validation tasks.

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Plan and execute onboarding, training, knowledge transfer (KT), and skill-building activities.

Mentor and motivate team members to drive engagement and performance.
Skills And Experience

8+ years in techno-functional roles, including 4+ years in project management.

Proficiency in Agile processes and Agile coaching, with hands-on expertise in Jira and Jira Plans; ability to guide teams on Jira usage and organization.

Strong technical knowledge of CMS and development experience with AEM.

Skilled in backlog management, identifying dependencies, and coordinating cross-team efforts.

Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously while implementing standards and guidelines.

Ability to provide support, mentoring, and coaching to teams to adopt best practices.

Proven experience managing multiple teams concurrently and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Strong teamwork, leadership, and attention to detail.
