Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Overview
TW Ridley is a locally based, family owned, commercial general contractor. Our common project types are comprised of new construction, additions, remodels, and tenant improvements in various industries such as hospital, retail, schools, banks, and more! We take great pride in the relationships we build and the projects we complete.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a someone who can analyze requirements, facilitate meetings, and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Utilize project management tools such as Procore to complete/review submittals, specs, drawings, etc.
• Facilitate meetings with project team including owner to provide status updates, resolve issues, and gather input.
• Complete general project management tasks including buy-out, schedules, budget updates, RFI management, and closeout procedures

A candidate with estimating experience as well as project management is ideal. Estimating would include plan procurement, bid submittal requirement review, sub solicitation, take off, production rate/crew analysis, and risk mitigation.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Procore
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional meeting facilitation skills, ensuring productive discussions and decision-making processes.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with project team members at all levels.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
