Job Title: Commercial Interior Fit-Out Manager

Experience: 7–10 years in commercial interior fit-out

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare project timelines, work schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure project delivery within defined cost, time, and quality parameters.

Technical & Site Coordination

• Manage site activities, subcontractors, and workforce on a daily basis.
• Review drawings, BOQs, GFCs, and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and suppliers for smooth execution.

Quality & Safety

• Implement quality standards and ensure materials meet project specifications.
• Monitor adherence to safety guidelines and statutory compliance.

Vendor & Material Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage subcontractors/vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of material as per BOQ and approved samples.

Client Management

• Conduct regular site meetings with client teams.
• Provide progress reports, resolve queries, and manage expectation alignment.
• Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project-specific documentation, daily site reports, and milestone trackers.
• Prepare billing inputs, measurement sheets, and support QS team for BOQs & variations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Interior/Architectural Engineering (preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial fit-outs (false ceiling, flooring, partitions, carpentry, MEP coordination, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management tools & MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹720,410.54 - ₹1,239,446.11 per year
