Job summary

The Project Manager Construction will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing large-scale real estate construction projects, a strong background in civil engineering, and a proven track record of leading diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and regulations, and address any issues promptly.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop strategic mitigation plans to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, critical issues, and financial performance to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage human and material resources to optimize project performance while adhering to budget constraints.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Primavera P6, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Microsoft Excel

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8-13 years of experience in construction project management within the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, B.Tech/B.E., or related field is required.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex project issues and develop innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
