Job summary
The Project Manager Construction will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects while efficiently managing resources.
- On-site Project Management: Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints, implementing cost-saving measures as necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2-6 years of experience in construction project management within the industrial, institutional, or residential sectors.
- Education: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
- Work Environment: Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid work environment, splitting time between the office and construction sites.

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and compliance standards.
