Project Manager - Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Construction Project Manager to support the execution of hospitality and commercial projects from pre-construction through installation. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-driven, and eager to learn the full lifecycle of construction project management.

You will work closely with senior project managers, procurement, logistics, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Travel is required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing construction and FF&E installation projects from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, warehouse & install) to ensure project alignment
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, and tracking of project milestones
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and databases (Salesforce/Axle)
  • Assist with vendor communication, order tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Monitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or discrepancies
  • Participate in site visits, walkthroughs, and installation coordination as needed
  • Support invoicing, billing schedules, and financial tracking
  • Ensure all project data is accurate and up to date across systems

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Hospitality, Interior Design, or related field preferred

· 0–2 years of experience in construction, project management, hospitality, or related industry

· General Contractor (GC) experience or exposure preferred

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools (experience with Salesforce a plus)

· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

· Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

  • This is a full-time, in-office position based in Nashville, TN
  • Travel is required and may vary depending on project location and phase

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
