Project Manager – Construction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager. Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts
• Track progress and provide regular updates to clients and management
• Resolve issues and delays efficiently

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of residential/commercial construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience working with AIA contracts and documents required
• 5+ years of experience
• Bilingual Spanish & English)
