Project Manager / Construction Manager(Civil Engineer)

Civil Engineer with 5 years of Dubai experience.

• Must Have minimum 5 experience of G+4 or higher buildings in Dubai
• Supervise the project construction and ensure project is run smoothly and structure is completed within budget and on time.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with consultant, contractor and suppliers.
