Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from coordination through execution
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Maintain project timelines, schedules, and daily reports
- Communicate with field teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Enforce safety standards and ensure site compliance
Qualifications:
- Construction project management experience preferred (not required)
- Industrial or job site experience is a plus
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure or fast-moving project phases
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Work Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with on-call, part-time work (no guaranteed hours)
- Available for short-notice assignments and peak project periods
- Able to work flexible and inconsistent hours
- Quick responsiveness (same-day or next-day communication expected)
- No major scheduling conflicts with other employment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be local to the job site
- Reliable transportation required
- TWIC card preferred
- Must be willing to pass a drug test and background check
Compensation & Schedule:
- $25/hour
