Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Plant projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Plant projects from planning to execution and close-out
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE teams
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE regulations
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and manage risks
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare and present project reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or relevant)
• Minimum 15–20years of experience in Plant projects, Mining projects and EPC projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in EPC or Construction companies
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
