Project Manager - Contracting Company

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and drawings
• Manage site teams including engineers, foremen, and supervisors
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to management
• Handle variations, claims, and project documentation
• Coordinate authority approvals and inspections when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and contract management
• Experience in UAE projects and local authority requirements preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
