Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of contracting projects, including
budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
.

Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth execution on-site.

Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on
timelines, costs, risks, and quality performance
.
-
Coordinate with
clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders
to ensure compliance with project requirements.
-
Ensure all works are executed in line with
contractual obligations, technical specifications, and legal/quality standards
.

Identify potential project risks, delays, or disputes and develop
effective mitigation strategies
.
-
Manage all
project documentation,
including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and approvals.
-
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.
-
Chair progress meetings with stakeholders and ensure follow-up on action items.
-
Maintain high standards of
safety, health, and environmental performance
on all project sites.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
.
-
5–10 years of progressive experience
in
construction project management
with a contracting company in the UAE.

Proven record of delivering
medium to large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
.
-
Strong command of
project management tools/software
(Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
-
In-depth knowledge of
construction methods, materials, authority regulations, and safety standards
in Dubai.

Excellent
leadership, communication, and organizational skills
.
-
Valid
UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
-
Dubai Municipality (DM) Card G+unlimited
required.
