We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager cum Foreman to lead and supervise our projects from planning to completion. This dual role requires strong project management capabilities combined with hands-on site supervision to ensure efficient workflow, quality results, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee project execution from start to finish
• Supervise on-site operations and workforce
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, materials, and progress reports
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and project standards
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and budget requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• knowledgeable in primavera 6
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or similar role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Background in construction, fit-out, or maintenance preferred
