Project Manager / Customer Service Representative for Printing Company

CPCneutek is an industry leading full service commercial printing company with locations in Ogden, Utah, Grand Junction Colorado and Albuquerque , New Mexico. We offer Commercial Offset, Folding Carton, Packaging, Flexo, Digital Flexo, Wide Format and Digital short run printing.

CPCneutek in Grand Junction, Colorado has a full-time Customer Service Representative / Project Manager position available for right person with a strong understanding and experience in the printing industry. We are a very successful, growing, full-service, commercial printing company in search of a person to work in our high-paced team environment. The scheduled hours for this position will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, these hours may vary dependent on work load.

This position works closely with sales representatives assisting them with, calls, emails, quotes, orders, addresses any complaints and concerns from clients, and helps to facilitate satisfactory solutions and ensure costs are captured correctly on invoices. Will work closely and coordinate with the production team to meet client’s deadlines and quality expectations. Must be comfortable communicating with clients on the phone, email and in person.

This position requires a highly motivated, high energy, intelligent, individual that can work well in a high stress, team environment. The ability to communicate well, multi-task at a high level, understand computer programs and software such as Excel, Word and Google Docs is required. 5+ years of printing experience is a must. Applicants with experience in graphics programs such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop will be given special consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
