Project Manager (Design, App & Web Development)

QVISE is looking for a skilled and tech-savvy Project Manager with strong understanding of UI/UX design, mobile app development, and website development to oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure smooth delivery for our UK-based clients. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Location: Clifton Block 5, Karachi
Target Market: UK
Experience: Mid-level to Experienced candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects related to:
• Website Development (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Custom)
• Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, Hybrid)
• UI/UX & Creative Design
• Work closely with designers, developers, sales teams, and lead-scraping teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Communicate directly with UK clients to understand requirements, share updates, and deliver milestones on time.
• Create project roadmaps, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital products.
• Identify blockers, solve issues, and streamline processes across departments.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure every project meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Work with management to optimize internal workflows and productivity.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of website development, including WordPress, Shopify, custom builds, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of mobile app development cycles, including UI/UX, prototyping, and development stages.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience working with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for handling international clients (UK market).
• Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
