PROJECT MANAGER (DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION)

Location: Guyana

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Design & Construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all project activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, design coordination, and construction activities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and resolve project-related issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construction project management.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
