Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with an agency background who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role will oversee timelines, deliverables, and communication across digital initiatives, ensuring work spanning social, paid media, CRM, web, and SEO is executed on time and to scope.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution across multiple digital workstreams, including social, paid media, CRM, web, and SEO.
- Own timelines, scopes, resourcing, and deliverables using Monday.com as the primary project management tool.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating status updates, approvals, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Identify risks, flag issues early, and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for client and internal meetings.
- Support quarterly planning and campaign launches across brands.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience in an agency environment working with brands.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including social, paid media, CRM, web, and SEO.
- Proven experience managing complex timelines and multi-channel deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency with Monday.com (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable being client-facing and leading conversations.
Work Environment & Logistics
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the NYC office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
- Quarterly travel may be required.
- Contract to Full time with benefits available within first 90 days

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
