Profile Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver digital marketing projects by aligning internal teams, timelines, and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, paid media, social media, content, email marketing, and website initiatives
- Coordinate with creative, content, performance marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution
- Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and dependencies
- Track task progress, follow up with teams, and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage priorities across multiple projects and shifting requirements
- Act as the primary coordination point for internal stakeholders and clients
- Draft and manage professional email communication with clients and internal teams
- Identify risks, delays, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports
- Review deliverables to ensure quality standards before final submission
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing projects
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and channels
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or similar
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
