Project Manager - eBooks

Role Overview

Savtech Digital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager – eBooks to oversee the end-to-end management of our eBook publishing projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution from manuscript to final publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eBook projects from initial planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, formatters, and marketing teams.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Track performance metrics and report project status to senior management.
• Ensure all deliverables meet publishing and distribution standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management (eBook or publishing industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of the eBook production lifecycle (editing, formatting, cover design, publishing).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Publishing, or a related field (preferred).
