HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – ELECTRICAL

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a “Project Manager – Electrical”

Requirements:

The candidate must have:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

* 3+ years of experience in Project Management of commercial and industrial projects

* Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, load calculations and safety standards.

* Experience in project planning, budgeting and resource management.

* Strong leadership, vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.

* Hands-on experience with project management tools and reporting systems.

* Experience in working with contractors or consultants

* Experience with working on AutoCAD

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

* Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preference will be given to those with experience of installation of fire alarm systems, cable trays, ELV/LV systems, earthing systems and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end execution of electrical projects from planning to commissioning.

* Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation strategies.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

* Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards and quality requirements.

* Monitor project progress, risks and performance against KPIs.

* Approve technical designs, drawings and material specifications.

* Control project costs and manage procurement of electrical materials.

* Conduct site visits and resolve technical and operational issues.

* Prepare project reports and updates for management.

* Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget.
