At L&C Electric, we deliver high-quality electrical solutions for projects across New York and New Jersey. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our projects and drive operational success.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and all regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and progress reports.
• Supervise electricians and subcontractors to ensure safety and productivity.
• Identify and resolve project issues to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing electrical or construction projects (required).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and industry standards.
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Monday.com, or similar).
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and compliance management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
