Job Description of Project Manager – Ericsson RAN Integration

Responsible for managing a E2E project of Telecom/Wireless with close coordination with all stakeholders internal & external for successful execution and completion.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage Ericsson RAN integration projects from initiation to closure.

· 3+ years of significant wireless/telecom project management experience.

· Should support the E-Node-B/G-Node-B Integration services. Experience working with Remote Integration Support and War room support preferred.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including RF engineers, field technicians, and vendor partners for all field related activity (RRH fiber termination/swap, baseband integrations and installations, commissioning, transport connectivity, acceptance testing, troubleshooting etc.)

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with Ericsson integration standards and telecom regulatory requirements.

· Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and integration methodologies.

· Tracking and monitoring received POs and quotations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications, Telecommunication, or equivalent field.

· 3+ years of experience in telecom project management, with at least 2 years in Ericsson RAN integration.

· Strong understanding of LTE, 5G NR, and Ericsson RAN architecture.

· Good working knowledge of Ericsson RAN KPIs, latest HW/SW releases.

· Proven experience with Ericsson OSS tools (e.g., ENM, OSS-RC).

· Should have strong skills on Project Management of LTE, 5G, Small cells, DAS platforms.

· US-Client experience is a must with knowledge on tools & documents- Autoform/EPADD/RFDS/CIQs etc.

· PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

· Should be an expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Working Conditions:

· Flexible to work in Night shift (US timings)

· Ready to work on Indian/US holidays including weekends based on Project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
