We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with strong expertise in ERP development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end ERP projects, from requirement gathering to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ERP projects, including planning, development, customization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams including developers, QA and other business units to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and status presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure Qfraction ERP solutions align with organizational processes and support operational efficiency.
- Manage change requests, project documentation, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform basic SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and understanding system behaviour.
- Test the software before implementing at customer site
- Oversee user training, UAT sessions, and ensure successful project acceptance and delivery.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5 years of proven experience in ERP Project Management, including development and implementation.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation on functional knowledge to implement on Accounting & Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing of ERP system.
- Should have knowledge of reporting Tools(Jasper/Crystal Report etc),can design the report as per requirement.
- Build functions, stored procedures, triggers, and other
- Hands-on SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
- Experience in writing complex stored procedures and query
- Excellent communication, documentation, and manpower management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience working in the UAE/GCC region.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
- Any bachelor’s degree.
- A Valid Driving License in UAE
