Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across cross-functional business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing complex initiatives, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Manage project execution to ensure milestones are achieved and deliverables meet quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues or risks.
Drive end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure, including documentation and post-project evaluation.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, operations, and vendors.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment.
Prepare and deliver project updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and change management discussions.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage change control processes to ensure project integrity and alignment with organizational priorities.
Maintain compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Financial & Resource Management
Track project budgets and control costs within approved limits.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of contracted services.
Optimize resource utilization across projects to maximize team productivity.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Coach and mentor team members to develop project management capabilities.
